Reviews and Ratings
My stay was quite pleasant overall! I really appreciated the quietness of the room, which was located at the back of the building. The cleanliness was spot-on, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were super accommodating and even upgraded me after a little mix-up. However, the emergency door access made it a bit inconvenient to get in and out of the hotel since I needed to always have my keys handy.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were quite basic and unfortunately didn't feel very clean, which was disappointing. However, the location was convenient for accessing the shuttle for the Tongariro Crossing and there were some handy shops nearby. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being incredibly helpful while others were quite rude. Overall, it was affordable but certainly not perfect.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The view of Mt. Ruapehu from the deck was stunning, definitely a highlight. However, the cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired, especially with a dirty floor and peeling cupboards. The noise from the kitchen at late hours was a bit disruptive too. Overall, it was decent for a short stay, but improvements are needed.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which boasted clean and comfortable accommodations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. However, the constant noise from the kitchen late at night and the lack of a view from the room were notable downsides. Overall, it felt like a good value for what I paid, though there were a few areas for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is fantastic for accessing Tongariro National Park, making it great for hiking enthusiasts. However, the room was a bit off-putting with a smell that lingered and a few blowflies. Although the service was accommodating, I felt it lacked the warmth I've experienced elsewhere. The value for money is decent, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
